<BR> In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we hereby notify following change in the Board of Directors of SCI:<BR> As per order no.SS-11012/6/2014-SY II-Part(1) dated 03.08.2017, received from Ministry of Shipping, Smt. Leena Nandan, AS& FA , Ministry of Shipping is appointed on the board of SCI as a Part time Official Director w.e.f. 03.08.2017 and until further orders.. She has been appointed vice Dr. Pradeep Kumar, former JS& FA(Shipping) who ceased to be on the Board of SCI w.e.f.27.07.2017. <BR>
