Shiva Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 06, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>Allotment of 80,00,000.Nos. of Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each at a premium of Rs. 4.20 per share to Harsh Vanijya Private Limited upon exercise of option by them for conversion of Equity Share Warrants earlier allotted to them on preferential basis.
