Shiva Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 10, 2017, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Consent of the Board be and is hereby accorded for the potential sale of certain shares held by the promoters of the Company to JSW Cement Limited and to execute the Share Purchase Agreement or such other agreements as may be required for giving effect to the potential transactions.
