Shiva Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, to transact the following business;<BR><BR>1. To approve Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. To approve the Directors Report of the Company for the FY 2014-15.<BR><BR>4. To consider the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM).<BR><BR>5. To approve the dates of Book Closure for the purpose of AGM.<BR><BR>6. To adopt the Code of Conduct as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>7. To appoint scrutinizer to scrutinize the E-Voting process for AGM.
