Shiva Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 14, 2017, has approved the following;<BR><BR>1. Notice Calling Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled to be held on February 22, 2017 at 11.00 AM for ratification of the particulars as per the requirement of Regulation 73(1) (e) of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and SEBI Circular dated January 23, 2013 regarding preferential issue of Equity Shares made at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting and Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 30, 2016 & November 25, 2016 respectively.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Surya Narayan Tripathy of Tripathy & Co., Chartered Accountants of Bhubaneswar has been appointed as scrutinizer to scrutinize the E-Voting process at Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
