Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2015, inter alia, has made the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. Considered and approved the offer or invitation to subscribe to Equity Shares through issue of a private placement offer letter in form PAS-4 to ICICI Bank Ltd.<BR><BR>2. Considered and approved form PAS-5 and Application form with respect to above offer.<BR><BR>3. Considered and approved Conversion of overdue interest into Equity shares of three more lenders as per CDR Scheme.
