Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 30, 2015, to consider and approve the following businesses:<BR><BR>1. To convert the outstanding dues of lenders into Equity Shares of the Company as per CDR Scheme approved by CDR EG.<BR><BR>2. To convert unsecured loan of promoters into equity shares as per CDR Scheme.
