| Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) Ltd has informed BSE that resolution passed by circulation pursuant to the provisions contained in Section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013 has been approved by majority of Directors on April 28, 2016 in relation to the appointment of Mr. Devender Singh Sodhi as Additional Director (Independent) and Mrs. Neelam Kaur Bhogal as Additional Director (Independent) w.e.f. April 30, 2016 and Re-constitution of Committees.<BR><BR>Further, Pradeep Dhir, Non-Executive and Independent Director and Mrs. Arvinder Kaur Sodhi Non-Executive and Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from April 29, 2016. | |
