Shree Global Tradefin Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 06, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the proposal for further acquisition of 21878 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (43.76%) of M/s. Indrajit Properties Private Limited.<BR><BR>Consequently after such acquisition of shares M/s. Indrajit Properties Private Limited will become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
