Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Insider Trading Policy, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all the Designated Employees (including directors) of the Company from January 31, 2017 to February 05, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
