Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd, vide its letter dated February 14, 2015, has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on February 14, 2015 for the purpose of approval of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company, could not be held due to the non-availability of financial results from Company's Accounts department.<BR><BR>In this connection, it is pertinent to mention that the Company is under BIFR and facing the acute financial crisis and there is a problem in operation of the factory and operational staff.<BR><BR>As soon as the Company overcome this problem, it shall inform the date, time and venue of next Board Meeting to be held for the approval of Un-audited Financial Results.
