Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on date February 14, 2015, for the purpose of approval of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ nine months ended on December 31, 2015. could not be held due to the non-availability of financial results from its Accounts department.<BR><BR>In this connection, it is pertinent to mention that the Company is under BIFR and facing the acute financial crisis and there is a problem in operation of the factory and operational staff.
