Shukra Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following matters:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Nine Months ended December 31, 2016 as recommended by the Audit Committee along with Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors.<BR><BR>Further in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulation 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from January 22, 2017 and shall reopen on February 16, 2017.
