Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider, adopt and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all specified persons of the Company from February 06, 2017 to February 16, 2017 both days inclusive.
