This is to inform you that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (''the Code'') in respect of the equity shares of Siddha Ventures Limited ("the Company") the "Trading Window" for trading or dealing in the equity shares of the Company, by the Designated Persons will remain closed from Monday 01st April 2024 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st March 2024. Accordingly, all the designated persons of the company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. Further the date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending on 31st March 2024 will be intimated in due course of time
