Siemens Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of the Company duly approved by its Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 24, 2015. <BR><BR>Further, the Company confirm that the Board of Directors of the Company at its said meeting also approved the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
