| Sigrun Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016 for adopting, approving and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from February 03, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
