SIL Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on August 06, 2015, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further in this context, the Trading Window for dealing in Companys securities shall remain closed from July 28, 2015 to August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of Clause 6 of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct, framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
