SIL Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on January 28, 2015, inter alia, to take on record the Un-Audited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Companys securities shall therefore remain closed from January 20, 2015 to January 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to the above, in terms of clause 6(b) (ii) of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct framed by the Company under the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
