Silicon Valley Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Code of Fair Disclosure) and the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insider of the Company as required under Regulation 8(1) and Regulation 9(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 respectively have been framed and adopted by the Board in its meeting held on May 28, 2015.
