Sub: Submission of Notice of AGM and Book Closure & AGM Notice Publication<BR> <BR> We would like to inform you that 34th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on Monday, the 25th September, 2017 at 9.30 a.m. at 'Somani Conference Hall' Merchants Chamber of Commerce, 15B, Hemanta Basu Sarani, Kolkata 700001, West Bengal.<BR> <BR> As per Regulation 36 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has completed the dispatch of 34th Annual Report 2016-17 along with the Notice of the said AGM & the Statement u/s. 102 of the Companies Act, 2013 by registered post and soft copies through E-mail to those Shareholders whose E-mail addresses are registered with the Company. Notice of the 34th AGM is enclosed herewith. <BR> <BR> In this respect, the the necessary advertisements in Newspaper, i.e., Book Closure and AGM Notice along with remote e-voting particulars were published in the 'Business tandard' (English) and 'Su-Khabar' (Bengali) on 01.09.2017.<BR>
