Silktex Ltd has informed BSE that due to some unavoidable circumstances the Company is unable to hold the meeting of Board of Directors as required under Clause 41 of Listing Agreement for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>The Company is arranging to hold the meeting of the Board of Directors for approval of unaudited accounts for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013 at the earliest.
