Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited annual financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In this connection, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / designated employees of the Company from May 20, 2015 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 30, 2015.
