Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received mandate letter received from the State Bank of India for the change in nomination of Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh as an 'Observer' in place of the 'Nominee Director'. The Company has taken note of the same and accordingly, Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh ceases to be a Director on the Board of the Company.
