With reference to Increase in Price, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has clarified to BSE that "there is no news on business or corporate actions requiring public disclosure which could have a bearing on the price/ volume behavior in the scrip.<br/><br/>The promoters of the Company have acquired in aggregate 361803 equity shares of the Company (0.73% of the total paid-up equity share capital) between September 02, 2013 to September 12, 2013, which was duly informed to the Stock Exchanges, where the shares of the Company are listed, under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 by the Promoters and the Company respectively."
