| With reference to the earlier letter dated May 10, 2016, for intimation about postponed of Board Meeting scheduled for May 11, 2016.<BR><BR>Siti Cable Network Ltd has now informed BSE that the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will now be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with 'Insider Trading Code 2015' of the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window' for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company, is closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016, from the open of trading hours of April 01, 2016 and shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company i.e. close of trading hours of May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
