Siti Cable Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company, shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 from May 16, 2015 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 i.e. close of trading hours of May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
