With reference to the earlier letter dated April 30, 2016 intimating the date of Board Meeting of the Company schedule to be held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Siti Cable Network Ltd <BR>has now informed BSE that the said Meeting of Board of Directors has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The new date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course.<BR><BR>Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company.
