With reference to the earlier letter dated January 30, 2017 informing about the Board Meeting to be held on February 13, 2017, to consider inter-alia the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>SKF India Ltd has now informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, the Board will also consider a proposal for Buy-back of equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 31, 2017 to February 15, 2017 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. The same has been intimated to Stock Exchanges vide letter dated January 30, 2017. The said closure of trading window shall also apply for the proposed consideration of buy-back of shares at the above referred Board Meeting.
