SKS Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia;<BR><BR>- To consider and approve inter-alia the Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further in terms of the Companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated employees and applicable persons w.e.f. opening hours of February 09, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the meeting of February 14, 2017.
