Sky Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 read with the provisions of the Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company, the trading window of the Company will be closed from May 17, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
