| Smartlink Network Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2015 to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 amended till date, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from October 01, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. | |
