| Sub:Submission of copies of newspaper advertisement under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015 Ref:- Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting,Audit,Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 With reference to the above subject matter, please find enclosed herewith copies of newspaper advertisement given by the Company as per provisions of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 notified by MCA with effect from 07th September, 2016, subsequently amended on 28th February, 2017 and Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 requesting shareholders to claim their unpaid/unclaimed dividends so as to avoid/protect their shares being transferred to IEPF Suspense Account to IEPF Authority, which were published in English newspaper 'Financial Express'(Mumbai Edition), 'Times of India'(Goa Edition) and in Vernacular newspaper 'Pudhari'(Goa Edition) on 04th May ,2017, in compliance with afore mentioned Rules. | |
