Softsol India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial statement of the Company for the second quarter & nine months ended September 30, 2015 & also to consider the issue of payment of Interim Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company in compliance with Section 123 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules and Listing Agreement of BSE.
