Somi Conveyor Beltings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, at 3.30 Noon and concluded at 5.30 p.m., inter alia, have Recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 10%) subject to Shareholders approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
