With reference to the earlier letter dated August 22, 2014 regarding Signing of definitive agreements, wherein the Company had informed Sonata Software Limited has purchased the business of Xyka India Private Limited, a Bangalore based Company, Sonata Software Ltd has now informed BSE that the correct name of the Company should be read as 'Xyka Software private Limited.'
