| South Indian Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation and Remuneration Committee of the Board by a resolution passed on August 08, 2014 has allotted 18,77,290 Equity Shares of face value Re. 1/- each pursuant to exercise of options granted under the South Indian Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme (SIB ESOS - 2008). Post the above allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Bank would stand at Rs. 134,79,31,201/- consisting of 134,79,31,201 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each. | |
