Speciality Restaurants Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015 inter alia, to consider the following:-<BR><BR>1. Approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation for declaration of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company pursuant to the enactment of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, the Trading Window has been closed for dealing in the shares of the Company from May 17, 2015 to May 29, 2015, i.e. 10 days before the announcement of the audited financial results and declaration of dividend and 48 hours after the public announcement of the aforesaid information.
