| With reference to the earlier letter dated January 16, 2014, in respect of formation of a joint venture company in Doha, Qatar by the Al Mohannadi Group, Qatar and Speciality Restaurants Limited (the "Company") for the purpose of running and operating restaurants in Doha under the brand name "Mainland China". Speciality Restaurants Ltd has now informed BSE that Mainland China Restaurant LLC, Doha, the Joint Venture Company has opened a restaurant under the brand name "Mainland China", located at Shop No. 7, 1st Floor, Barwa Complex, Bldg.No. 66, Zone 38, Street 231, Suhaim Bin Hamad Street, Al Sadd, Doha, PO Box 60136 on May 10, 2016. | |
