| Speciality Restaurants Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had informed the stock exchange(s) on May 28, 2014 in relation to approval of the Board of the Company for acquisition of 51% stake in a bakery Company namely Love Sugar and Dough Private Limited (the "LSDPL") for Rs. 75 lacs by way of purchase of shares from the existing shareholders of LSDPL and execution of the share purchase and shareholders' agreement subject to receipt of statutory approval if any.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Company has executed the share purchase and shareholders agreement with the existing shareholders of LSDPL in relation to the aforesaid acquisition. | |
