Appointment of Mr. Ar Rm Arun as Advisor of the Company with effect from July 01, 2014.<br/><br/>Board also noted the following :<br/><br/>4. Retirement of Mr. N. Sivashanmugam, Whole Time Director, with effect from July 31, 2014<br/><br/>5. Appointment of Mr. D. Balakrishnan as Chief Executive Officer and Director.
