| Spentex Industries Ltd, vide its letter dated February 14, 2015, has informed BSE that :<BR><BR>"In continuation to our earlier letter dated February 12, 2015, we regret to inform that due to Server Problem, the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 could not be placed before the Board.<BR><BR>Board of Directors constituted a committee headed by Mr. Mukund Choudhary, Managing Director for approving and publishing of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 on or before February 28, 2015.<BR><BR>As desired by the Board, the Company officials are giving their best efforts to rectify the problems of Server and retrieve the data for preparation of said results.<BR><BR>Further developments in respect of rectification of server will be intimated to the Exchange from time to time." | |
