With reference to the earlier letter dated December 21, 2016 intimating about the Public Issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures by Srei Equipment Finance Limited (SEFL), a material subsidiary of the Company. The Issue opened for subscription on January 03, 2017 and was scheduled to close on January 20, 2017.<BR><BR>SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that SEFL has exercised the option of early closure of the Issue and the Issue shall now close on January 06, 2017.
