| SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, October 30, 2015 till Monday, November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Srei Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
