SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, inter alia, has also approved the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Ram Krishna Agarwal as an Additional Director (Category - Non-Executive Non-Independent Director) w.e.f. May 12, 2016, based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee. His office shall be liable to retirement by rotation.<BR><BR>Mr. Ram Krishna Agarwal is neither related to any Director of the Company nor has any shareholding in the Company.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Bijoy Kumar Daga, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has resigned as Chief Executive Officer - Infrastructure Project Finance, due to personal reasons. Mr. Bijoy Kumar Daga shall be relieved w.e.f. June 11, 2016 as per Companys Policy.<BR><BR>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 2:45 P.M.
