SRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 04, 2014, inter alia, to considering and approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the window for trading in the shares of the Company by the Employees and Directors will remain closed between July 01, 2014 to August 06, 2014 (both days inclusive).
