SRF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 11, 2015 has adopted in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 following code of conduct :<BR><BR>1.Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as per Regulation 8 read with Schedule A of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.<BR><BR>2.Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as per Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of the Regulations of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015<BR><BR>The same shall come into force from May 15, 2015.<BR><BR>The aforesaid Codes have been published on the website of the Company.
