SRG Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2014 to consider for migration of Company to main Board of BSE and therefore in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 15, 2014 to October 22, 2014 (both days inclusive).
