SRG Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of board of directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter / financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 15, to May 26, 2015 (both days inclusive).
