| Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following matters;<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016; and<BR><BR>2. To consider the recommendation of payment of Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, if any<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and Specified Persons as defined in the Code. | |
